The Ochoa family has been producing queso fresco since the late 1990’s when Don Froylan and Zoila moved their family to Oregon. It was there that they were unable to find any authentic Mexican cheese. It started in their home kitchen with 10 gallons of milk every day involving the whole family from youngest to oldest had their share in the cheese-making process…

They have really cool cheese selection. The carne asada nachos will fill you up. The quesadilla was very flavorful. Very nice hospitality. I’ll be back to try their ice cream. Very spacious as well.
My friend who lives in Salem said that I had to try the cheese from this place, especially the one with cilantro and jalapeno. So I got the botanero with cilantro and Jalapeno... and took it home.
Wow, 5 stars! The food was above and beyond what I was expecting. From over a dozen different cheeses made right in the building to freshly made guacamole. But best of all you will not break the bank when you take the family out for some great food. Portions are large and so good.
Went here for lunch for the first time last week and I am in love. I got the mini quesadilla platter so I could try four cheeses. I had a chipotle one, habanero, jalapeño, and "plain" white. They were all delicious. My mom got the chicken quesadilla which was super flavorful and juicy. The fresh made guacamole was killer.
Great local cheesemonger! They have cheese for sale, ice cream, and a restaurant. I loved the quesadillas and guac. My wife's salad was great and huge! Totally shareable imo. Picked up some zorro hot sauce and it's spicy delicious. Go support local business!
